Hemp Bärbucha Kombucha

Next in line in our Special Line - Hemp (Hanf) Bärbucha Kombucha.
Why did we pick Hemp for our Kombucha? Quite simple again. Hemp is delicious as a tea & when tea is delicious, so is the Kombucha. Also some extra CBD that's present in Hemp, won't hurt.
For our Kombucha we use two different strains of Hemp, as pictured below
The greener one contains 1.7% of CBD & the darker one has over 4% CBD.. The reason that we use both is to optimize the flavor of our Kombucha.
So, as in all other Kombucha in this Special Line, Hemp is the one of only four ingredients.
The other three repeat themselves: good water, sugar & the culture.
Here's the steeping part:
Next, come the other ingredients & then in a week's time, this is what it looks like when we take off the covering cloth.
Next come straining the excess of yeast & the bottling part.
Then usually one day for 2F & some more conditioning time in the fridge.
Fermentation changes the flavor of Hemp, from being grassy (in the tea form), to having more pronounced THC terpine flavor (so characteristic for this plant). So, to make it sound simpler - in a Kombucha, it taste a a bit as if someone smoked a joint in your presence.
