Osmanthus Bärbucha Kombucha

One of our favorites in the Premium lineup - Kombucha made out of Osmanthus Gui Hua , or in other words - out of a Chinese green tea mixed in with very fragrant Osmanthus flowers (an evergreen tea native to China & belonging to Oleace family).
And what makes it one of our favorites? Definitely the flavor.
Osmanthus flowers (pictured below (1*) have a delicate fruity-floral apricot aroma & when mixed with tea, they make that tea stand out.
So when you mix those sweet flowers with highly beneficial green tea
You will end up with this beautiful tea.
And when you add to that the fermentation factor, then you'll end up with something that you could drink & enjoy, based on the flavor alone.
So, we make it just like we make any other one of our Premium Kombucha. Simply brewed in glass, using only Gui Hua, filtered & revitalized water and our live & happy Kombucha cultures.
After a week's time, we bottle it

Just one more note on the fragrance of Osmanthus flowers - they are widely used in the perfume industry as an ingredient in some of the world’s most famous fragrances.
