This is one of the recent favorites, Kombucha made with a delicate green tea called Jasmine White Monkey.
The tea is well known for its quality and rarity. It's light, and it has a distinctive delicate sweet and refreshing flavor, with a honey finish.
It is made from delicate green tea leaves grown in the Taimu Mountains, in Fujian, China.
Only those leaves and buds, that were picked during the first two weeks of the season, are used. During drying, the leaves are mixed with delicate Jasmine flowers.
The name comes from the resemblance of the tea shape (curls) to monkey paws.
As a Kombucha, it is very light and very refreshing. It has quite fast become a favorite for some of our customers.
Although, this is also our second Jasmine Kombucha, it is quite different from the one that we already have in our Premium Line.
Both are delicious, but they are quite different. Just like the teas, that the Kombucha are made of.
We already know that we will be seeing this Kombucha quite often, as a special.
