Osmanthus in TMC

Osmanthus flowers, as pictured below, are not only used to make Osmanthus Gui Hua green tea, that we use to make our Osmanthus Kombucha.


They can also steeped like a tea, and have been used like that for centuries in Chinese Medicine (TMC), for variety of problems.

Here are some of its benefits, quoted by Gyokuro Tea:

"This tea is rich in elements like Selenium, Cobalt or Manganese. These are very rare in other teas and the human body needs them in order to function properly.
